Proposal

Slide One: Introduction

I will introduce myself to the audience panel. I will tell them a bit about myself and what I am going to discuss. I will give them a heads up as to what the presentation is going to be about. I will maintain good eye contact with the audience panel and speak clearly, as i want to come across professional. I will be dressed in a formal manner and try my best to make a good impression.

Slide Two: Group idea

 

I will discuss the bullet points in more detail. I will discuss the origin of the final idea and how myself and the other members of the production group contributed within the process. I will also speak about our logo and the process of it being made.

Slide Three: Mood board

I will talk about the process of producing my mood board. I will discuss the relevance of each image included and how it ties in with our advert.

Slide Four: Audience response

I will inform the audience about the questionnaire we produced and handed out. The graphs above are some of the results we gained from our respondents. The graphs prove that our product will be successful amongst our chosen audience. We also gained great feedback on the production of our product and the respondents were happy with all of our ideas.

Slide Five: Decision

After receiving the fantastic feedback from our respondents we decided to continue with our ideas and the production of our product. I will discuss the bullet points above in more detail.

Above is the budget for our camera. I will discuss the process of choosing the hire company. I will also provide reasons as to why we chose the Nikon D90.

I will discuss the audition process and how myself and my product group came to the final decision of choosing Shamim Miah for our advert. I will explain how Shamim Miah's audition went and how he is perfect for the advert. I will talk about his role in the advert.
